The Pioneer RU-8210 (on left) and RU-1000 (on right) are for the early Pioneer PR-8210-R and VP-1000 top-load LaserDisc players. Many of the buttons on these remotes perform identical functions to those on the OEM Hitachi VIP201P remote as labeled in the above image.
