Maintenance Bulletin
Our Systems Need a Breather!
Over the past year and a half we have had millions of Cues entered into our
system. While we have continued to work through some system issues with
bottlenecks and bugs on the fly, it has become apparent that we need to do some
much-needed maintenance in order to continue serving our clients and users
efficiently. Along with this maintenance, we are adding several enhancements
and updates to our technology. These include:
1. New book comparison plug-in.
2. Inventory Management software.
3. Cue Manager Interface (CMI) - simplify and add much needed functionality.
4. Software updates.
5. Database updates.
This maintenance will result in our technology being more streamlined, faster
and efficient. We expect our system to be down starting Wednesday, January 30th
for several days to accomplish all this. We will keep you informed of any time
changes and updates. We hope this does not inconvenience you.
Thank you for your support and patience as we improve our technology. We look
forward to long-term success as the pioneer and leader in field of precision
Internet navigation services.
